Challenge
CulturApp was born with the goal of bringing cultural and tourist heritage closer to visitors in a more interactive and accessible way from their mobile devices. The challenge was to create a platform capable of digitizing places of interest and transforming them into guided experiences, accessible directly from the user's device. Additionally, the system needed to allow different managers or collaborators to create and manage their own content, integrating features such as QR access, interactive tours, multimedia content, and access management for free or paid visits.
Implementation
At Digizone, we developed a mobile-optimized web app that allows users to discover and explore different sites of interest through interactive digital experiences. Each location has its own tour with points of interest that include texts, images, audio, videos, and even 3D elements. Access can be done from the platform's general listing or by scanning a unique QR code associated with each location. Additionally, a complete control panel was developed from which administrators and collaborators can create new sites, manage content, control users, and administer the integrated payment system.
Result
The result is a flexible platform that allows digitizing cultural and tourist spaces in a simple and scalable way. Visitors can access interactive experiences directly from their mobile devices, while managers have tools to update and expand content at any time. CulturApp opens the door to a new way of exploring heritage, combining technology and culture to offer more complete and accessible visits.
