Challenge
The Manitas a Domicilio project aimed to create an application that would make it easy for users to find and hire home services quickly from their mobile devices. The challenge was to design a clear and simple platform for the end user, yet capable of managing the entire internal process of service contracting, quotes, and bookings. Additionally, the system needed to allow the company to easily manage available services, control customer requests, and handle payments and subscriptions from a single platform.
Implementation
At Digizone, we developed a mobile application along with all the infrastructure needed for its operation. The app allows users to explore different service categories, request quotes, attach images of the problem, and hire directly from their device. Additionally, a payment system with Stripe, notification features, and geolocation were integrated to show available services based on the user's area. All connected to a control panel from which the team can manage users, services, bookings, and subscriptions in a centralized way.
Result
The result is a platform that simplifies hiring home services, allowing users to request help for different household needs from a single application. At the same time, the company has tools to manage requests, control the services offered, and maintain a clear view of the platform's activity. Manitas a Domicilio thus becomes a digital solution that efficiently connects users with industry professionals, facilitating the entire process from service search to hiring.
