Challenge
The challenge of the ETL project was to provide the company with a clear and reliable tool to truly understand the profitability of its projects. Information about hours worked, clients, professional profiles, and billing was scattered across different systems, making it difficult to analyze real costs and make strategic decisions quickly. The goal was to build a centralized platform that would allow importing existing data, recording work hours in a structured way, and converting all that information into clear performance and profitability indicators by client or project.
Implementation
We developed a custom web ERP platform composed of different modules that organize all business information. The system automatically imports data from Access, keeping the client, project, and billing database up to date. On this foundation, the core of the system was built: the structured recording of hours by client, project, and professional profile. From these hours, the platform automatically calculates associated costs and connects them with existing billing. All of this is complemented by an analytics module that allows data visualization through dashboards, charts, and key indicators.
Result
The result is a tool that gives the company a much clearer view of its operations. Teams can log hours easily, while management has analysis panels showing client and project profitability in real time. This makes it easier to detect deviations, optimize resource allocation, and make decisions with much more precise information.
