Challenge
Go! Sushing presented us with a great challenge: completely remodeling the software they previously had, as it had become obsolete and didn't cover the needs the organization required. The situation was such that a complete overhaul was decided to build everything from scratch. Although it was a large-scale project, our experience in the hospitality sector allowed us to identify exactly the key points and develop everything needed to provide the system that a chain of this size truly required.
Implementation
With clearly defined ideas, we developed different software solutions both external and internal. For users, the application and website from which to place orders. For the Go! Sushing team, a panel to manage all app content, orders, and control the chain's establishments. For the restaurants, a panel to control their orders and POS integration. For delivery drivers, an app that allows them to deliver home orders easily.
Result
The result gratifyingly exceeded expectations, achieving a great scalable ecosystem where all the gears work together and function perfectly. For each role, we have intuitive software that shows exactly the information needed to work effectively. Currently, there are over 35 establishments and more than 250K registered users, and growing.
