Challenge
In the early days of our journey in the world of technology consulting, we had the privilege of collaborating with Tethr, a Canadian startup with an inspiring mission: to create an exclusive community for men facing personal challenges, offering a space to dialogue and access professional coaching. This project resonated with us not only because of its noble objective, but also because of the exceptional Tethr team, with whom we established an instant connection, both professional and personal. The challenge was clear: to transform a basic MVP, initially developed by a freelancer, into a robust, scalable application with expanded functionalities that truly captured the essence of the community Tethr wanted to build.
Implementation
With enthusiasm and dedication, we took Tethr's vision and elevated it to new horizons. Our work covered the comprehensive improvement of UI/UX design, ensuring that the user experience reflected the warmth and support that the Tethr community promised. We immersed ourselves in all aspects of app development, from backend architecture to frontend interaction, creating a product that not only met initial expectations but exceeded them. The collaboration with the Tethr team was fluid and constructive, forging a bond that transcended the merely professional.
Result
The work done together with Tethr culminated in an application that both teams were proud of. However, despite the project's success and the quality of the final product, Tethr faced external challenges that impacted its long-term viability. The difficulty in securing the necessary investment to continue its development and expansion led to the decision to pause the project. Although the application did not manage to relaunch, the experience left an indelible mark on our team, demonstrating the power of technology to connect and support communities, and the importance of passion and vision in entrepreneurship.
