AI copilot for boutique hotels
Challenge
Magnet-IA was born with the idea of giving boutique and independent hotels the judgement of an expert hotel revenue and marketing consultancy, without them having to build an in-house team. The challenge was to turn that know-how into an assistant that answers with each hotel's real data, not with generic advice. The platform also had to be multi-hotel from day one, with complete isolation of information between properties, per-client control of AI spending and a panel from which Magnet-IA could fine-tune the agent's behaviour without touching code.
Implementation
At digizone we developed a PWA in React and TypeScript on top of Supabase, installable on mobile and desktop. The agent is assembled on every message by stacking three layers: global instructions, the hotel's profile and specific adjustments that only Magnet-IA can see. The chat streams its answers, reads PDFs, images and Excel files, searches the web when enabled and remembers what each hotelier tells it. All sensitive logic runs in Edge Functions: model keys never reach the browser, row-level security keeps every hotel apart and usage limits are enforced server-side. We completed it with an admin panel featuring metrics, agent versioning and hotel onboarding with email invitations.
Result
The result is a platform in production where every hotel has a strategic copilot available 24/7 that knows its property, analyses its reports and proposes concrete actions in plain language, in whatever language it is written to. Magnet-IA, in turn, manages its entire portfolio from a single panel: onboarding hotels, calibrating the agent, reviewing each client's usage and cost, and improving the service without depending on new development.
