Pest control platform
Challenge
Quitaplagas needed to fully digitize the way it managed pest control service requests. Until then, much of the process relied on phone calls and manual data collection, leading to data loss, lack of context about the client's problem, and difficulty prioritizing urgent cases. The goal was to create a solution that guided users simply when requesting a service, even in emergency situations, while allowing the internal team to organize, prioritize, and track each request much more efficiently.
Implementation
We developed a platform composed of two main parts. On one hand, a client-facing PWA that allows users to request a service quickly from any device, guiding them step by step to identify the problem, provide relevant information, and even upload images of the case. On the other hand, an internal control panel was created from which the team can manage all incoming requests, view the most urgent cases, track each intervention, and organize daily operations clearly. The entire system was designed with a mobile-first approach, optimized to reduce friction in the first contact with the client.
Result
The result is a tool that transforms the first contact with the client into a much more structured and efficient process. Requests arrive with clear and contextualized information, allowing the team to act faster and better prioritize cases. Additionally, the internal panel provides a complete overview of request status and daily work, helping professionalize service management and improving the business's response capacity.
